Symbiont offers exactly this type of environmental and engineering consulting and construction service to our real estate clients.  Our turnkey services include environmental due diligence and property condition/infrastructure assessments, facility siting and permitting, site remediation and facility decommissioning, storm water management, sustainable/low impact design, and design-build implementation.  We have demonstrated our ability to meet schedule and budget limitations while providing sole-source responsibility on turnkey projects.  Symbiont also provides brownfield and other grant application assistance and insurance recovery assistance for environmentally distressed sites.
